Client responsibilities

Quotes and billing
Where pricing is required, work may be quoted or billed based on the agreed scope, time, urgency, travel and after-hours requirements. Hardware, software, licensing and third-party costs are separate unless stated otherwise.
Limitations
We aim to provide reliable support, but outcomes can depend on third-party vendors, internet providers, hardware condition, licensing, access, and customer environments outside our control.
